Product prices are as shown on the order page at checkout (inclusive of applicable VAT). Promotion rules are as indicated on promotional pages.

If services or products cannot continue due to law changes, force majeure, or other objective reasons, the following rules apply:

6. Product Quality Assurance

Before purchase, please carefully read product specifications, materials, and usage instructions. Products come with a 6-year statutory warranty from the date of receipt (per UK Consumer Rights Act). Defects due to design or production within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or fully refunded. Product defects may also be claimed under the Return & Refund Policy.

Product images may differ from actual items; if exact color is critical, consult customer service before ordering.

We are not liable, except for intentional or gross negligence, for:

1. Non-substantial losses due to subjective expectations not met.

2. Deviations not attributable to us.

3. Minor batch differences not affecting functionality.

7. Orders & Account Management

We may cancel orders due to out-of-stock items, incorrect information, incomplete delivery address, or suspected malicious orders. If canceled for our reasons, notification will be given at least 2 working days in advance. Force majeure or supplier disruptions will be notified and refunded promptly after the issue resolves.

Purchase quantity limits may be applied per user per order and noted on product pages. We may restrict or prohibit bulk orders intended for commercial resale.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and valid information when registering or placing orders and to update it promptly. We will assist with delivery or refund issues due to incorrect information but cannot guarantee prevention of all losses.

Interpretation follows fair principles considering both parties’ interests.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by USA law.

Disputes should first be resolved via customer service. If unresolved, consumers may seek advice from USA Consumer Product Safety Commission（CPSC）.
